My name is Dr. Shante Pinkney-Taylor, and I’m the owner of Next Level Healthcare Institute, an allied health training school in Rock Hill, SC.
My mission is to empower and prepare students with the
fundamental building blocks to succeed academically while providing excellent patient care.
I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from South Carolina State University in 2003, a Master’s in Health Administration and Management alongside a second Master’s of Nurse Practice with a concentration on Family in August of 2022. My most recent educational accomplishment was to receive my doctorate degree from T.I.U.A. School of Business in June 2023.

I am an active member of the Order of the Eastern Star-Rising Star No. 284, charter member of Iota Phi Lambda Sorority, (Zeta Eta Chapter), Business Leaders Network Collective of Rock Hill, SC's Charter Advisory Board member, Carolinas Referral Group-Rock Hill member, Youth Director & Praise & Worship leader at Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church.

My personal interest includes singing, catering, and volunteering in the community. My favorite quote is: “No matter how you feel, GET UP, DRESS UP, SHOW UP, and most importantly NEVER GIVE UP!”

The mission of the Next Level Healthcare Institute is to empower and prepare students with the fundamental building blocks to succeed academically while providing excellent patient care in all healthcare settings inclusive of long-term care, home health, private practices, urgent care, and hospitals.
Next Level Healthcare Institute is a private, post-secondary training school that offers a variety of entry-level healthcare programs. Our students at NLHCI receive so much more than an ordinary education. We pride ourselves on creating a unique, exciting environment that embraces all types of learners.

The Nursing Assistant program is state-approved by the South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services.
Completion of the Nursing Assistant program at NLHCI prepares students to take their state (SC/NC) certification exam through Credentia.
